Once you place your order you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been accepted.
When your order has been dispatched we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number, which can be used to track your purchase online.
If you want to cancel your purchase you can do it as long as the parcel is not sent. Send an email and specify cancellation as subject to email@example.com and we will check the status of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unaltered, non-sale items that are returned within 14 days period from the time you receive your orders, excluding the shipping cost.
During the Christmas period, we offer extended returns until January 14th.
All refunded goods must include all original package.
We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear.
If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
You can exchange if you have bought something and want another size or product/style (the customer pays for the shipping).
To exchange an article(s) please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and specify the order reference number and the reasons why you want to exchange the article. We will contact you via email to proceed with the exchange process.
